Getting a return from conference time
Before registering, name the business decision or relationship the trip should support. For recruiting, identify the roles the group needs and arrange conversations with residency, fellowship or CRNA program contacts where the event audience fits. Give each attendee a short introduction to the group and a clear follow-up owner.
For vendor evaluation, bring a written list of requirements, current costs and integration questions. Ask vendors to show how their product handles the group's actual billing, staffing or reporting workflow. Record the claims to verify after the event, and compare proposals on the same scope before scheduling a demonstration.
For payer updates, ask the group's revenue cycle lead to track relevant sessions and speak with peers about administrative patterns they are encountering. Capture the source and plan names behind any policy discussion, then verify details with the payer and qualified advisers before changing a contract or workflow.
